Her paintings are a search in understanding the relationship between reality and pictures, she chooses painting as a medium because it doesn&#8217;t only show the end result but also reveals the process of making leading up to it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1399086523195_38271\" lang=\"en-US\"><span id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1399086523195_38270\" style=\"font-family: 'Trinite Roman Wide', sans-serif;\"><span id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1399086523195_38269\">This way the process of making becomes part of the work itself. She uses elements of the trompe l&#8217;oeill (optical illusion) in her work to question painting and the way photography has influenced that.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1399086523195_38275\" lang=\"en-US\">\u201c<span id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1399086523195_38274\" style=\"font-family: 'Trinite Roman Wide', sans-serif;\"><span id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1399086523195_38273\">it makes you see things clearer, and clearer, and clearer still.
